Come see what happens here.

Sunday mornings, down the hall, there’s a room full of kids who are already following Jesus.

There’s no Jr. Holy Spirit!

  • Kids worship.
  • Kids pray.
  • Kids read the Bible.
  • Kids ask really good questions.
  • Kids hear from God.
  • Kids make friends.
  • Kids make mistakes.
  • Kids belong.

Same Jesus. Same Spirit. Shorter legs.

This is what matters to us

  • FUN!

God is fun! Church should be a highlight of their week.

  • Safety

Screened, trained, checked in, checked out. Every week.

  • Knowing Jesus

Not just Bible facts. A real relationship.

  • Support families

You know your kid best. We come alongside you.

  • Age appropriate

Meeting kids where they actually are.

  • Creative Bible teaching

Stories, games, questions, mess. The Bible is not boring.

  • Intentional shepherding

We notice kids. We listen. We pray with them by name.

  • Building community

The church body is their family. They’re not visitors here.

FUN. SAFE. RESPECTFUL.
A PLACE TO BELONG.

A place to learn.

A place to make mistakes.

A place to make friends.

A place to find mentors.

A place to have fun.

A place to process hard things.

A place to help someone else.

A place to be helped.

The church body is their family. That’s not a slogan around here — it’s just true. These kids get grown-ups who know their name, remember what they said last week, and cheer them on.

Parents

Your kid is safe here.

Everyone on the team is screened, police-checked and trained. There are clear procedures for check-in and check-out, supervision, washrooms and emergencies. Nobody is alone with a kid.

We do all of that because these kids matter — not because of a policy binder.

And you know your kid best. Tell us what they love, what makes them nervous, what helps. We’ll take it from there.

The team (that’s you!)

You don’t have to be a professional teacher or scholar.

Kids ministry can feel intimidating. I want to crumble those walls of intimidation.

Some people love babies. Some love the loud elementary room. Some are great at games. Some are the quiet steady person a kid needs sitting next to them. Some just run the check-in desk really well.

There’s a spot for all of that.

Empowered. Excited. Equipped.

Empowered

You get to try things. Nobody here has it all figured out.

Excited

Lifegiving for both parties. If it’s draining you, we’ll move you.

Equipped

Training, curriculum, a partner in the room, and someone to ask.

What happens to you when you make room in your life for kids?

You find your strengths.

You get braver.

You get better at praying out loud.

You learn to talk about Jesus like a normal person.

You get known by a bunch of eight-year-olds.

You end up on a team.

What we ask

  • You follow Jesus.
  • You like kids.
  • You can commit to a rhythm that works for you.
  • You complete the police check and safety training.

That’s it. That’s the list.

Come see.

Bring your kids. We’ll meet you at the door.

Or come stand in the back of the room for a Sunday and watch.

Then tell me what you think.
